COVID-19 Tests for Travel to Hong Kong and Japan

Beginning September 7th, 2022 you are no longer required to obtain an inspection certificate (pre-departure negative test result) before departing the U.S. for Japan if you are fully vaccinated. However, if you are not fully vaccinated you will still be required to take a pre-departure test and receive a negative result. We are one of few labs listed on the Embassy of Japan, Washington, D.C List of Local Clinics that can issue a Negative Certificate. Our lab will gladly complete the required Japan Certificate of Testing for COVID-19 from the Quarantine Station, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and Japanese Government. We will email the completed form along with our formal travel report within the turnaround time you select at no additional cost! Travel to Hong Kong requires a negative Rapid Antigen Test within 24 Hours of arrival, or a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival.
