Our pathologists and staff bring over 70 years of experience and expertise in both research and clinical diagnostics.

With years of experience in pathology and genetic discovery research, we can help get you from bench to bedside with your research.

We’re pathologists. It’s what we do. We can review your slides and immunos and provide you with a full color report, disease group comparisons, or an FDA quality validation report, whatever you decide your project needs.

We can assist with your pre-clinical, clinical and post-marketing trials with morphologic assessments of disease severity and/or drug effects.

Pathologist Review of Tumor Models

We have a variety of resources we can apply to tumor model evaluation including:

  1. Detailed pathology report
  2. Comparative analysis between treatment groups; including digital image analysis
  3. Immunohistochemistry
  4. mRNA or miRNA in situ hybridization
  5. RNA-seq
  6. RNA-seq/expression
  7. Methods writing, figure legends
  8. Digital imaging
  9. Assist in grant preparations
Pathologist review of Neuromuscular Disease Models

We perform a standardized assessment of disease severity for models of musculary dystrophy comparing customer samples to an mdx control set. Using immunohistochemistry for embryonic myosin heavy chain (regenerating fibers) and IgM (degenerating fibers), central nuclei and macrophage counts are quantified using digital imaging analysis (Hamamatsu software). Raw data with or without subsequent comparisons to control datasets can be provided along with digital images of stained muscle.

We know that each project is different.
